Please make sure to get the requested tests done within 3 days after the approval, as the amount
involved may be automatically deducted from your insured limit. Kindly note that our
representative will still need to call your health insurer for the approval. Wait for our e-mail or
text confirmation before proceeding to the Industrial Corporate Center.
Online Approvals are received from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) only. Requests
that will be sent to us beyond the given time frame will be accommodated the following day.
